Delivery Terms

  1. Delivery Areas:
    We deliver across the United Kingdom and most countries.  Please ensure your location is eligible for delivery at checkout.

  2. Delivery Charges:Are calculated at checkout. 

  3. Delivery Timeframes:

    • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days.
    • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days.
  4. Order Tracking:
    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

  5. Address Changes:
    Changes to the delivery address can be made within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting customer service.

  6. Failed Deliveries:
    If delivery fails (e.g., the recipient is unavailable), we will attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a new delivery time.

  7. International Shipping:
    We also offer delivery to select international destinations. Please check our list of supported countries and shipping fees.

  8. Damaged or Lost Items:
    If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us within 7 days for assistance.

  9. Holidays and Peak Times:
    Please note that delivery times may be extended during public holidays or peak periods.
